You don't need a better plan. You need to see where it's leaking.
You’ve built something between $1M and $150M. It’s stopped moving, and it’s taking more of you and your life than ever.
A 2-hour live webinar. We find the 6 places your business is leaking and we put two figures on them: what it’s costing the business every month, and what it’s costing your life. Then I show you how to fix it.
Execution is the business. And the life. Same leak, two bills, and almost nobody measures either one.
This isn’t productivity hacks or a better morning routine. It’s a different lens on your own business, and the tools to run it through.
Execution is the business. And the life.
You built something real. You built it on your own standards, and on being the one who cared the most.
You’re not asking how to grow a business. You already did that. You’re asking why this one’s stopped moving.
You came for motivation. There’s none here, and it wears off by Thursday anyway.
You came to be told you’re doing fine.
A coach. The books. Getting up earlier. An assistant. A senior hire who was going to take it all off your plate.
None of them held. And somewhere in there, you decided that says something about you.
Here’s how it actually shows up.
You’ve quietly noticed what the last couple of years have cost you at home. You’ve just never said it out loud to anybody.
What your current way of operating is costing the business. In dollars. Every month. Right now.
What it’s costing your life. Evenings, weekends, slow mornings. All of it.
The one nobody’s ever put a number on. Your leader runway. How long you can keep running it this way before you stop wanting to.
All three come from the same single problem. Which means you’ve never actually had to choose between them. You were just told you had to pick one.
Execution is the business. And the life.
Not your strategy. Not your talent. Not your plan.
Which isn’t your problem, and never was. If effort were the answer you’d have solved this years ago.
Hold the plan constant. Hold the market constant. Hold the people constant. Change nothing except how the work actually gets executed, and both outcomes change. What the business makes, and what it leaves you. Every time. In every field I’ve ever worked in.
Your business leaks in 6 places.
And here’s the part that catches you out: they get worse the better you are at your job.
You can probably name 2 of them right now. It’s the other 4 that are costing you.
Count how many are yours. Just count.
Every one of those is measurable. Not one of them is a character flaw.
It isn’t a throwaway line. It’s the difference between something that works and something that only feels like it should, and there’s one industry that already proved it.
I came out of the fitness industry, and here’s the thing nobody outside it understands about why it works.
It doesn’t work because of motivation.
It works because every input is measured and the outcome is objective. Weight, reps, sleep, food, weeks. Nothing rests on how anybody felt about it. You can photograph the result, and nobody argues with a photograph.
Week one next to week twelve. That is the entire industry.
Leadership has never had any of that. Coaching in this space runs on feelings, on reviews, and on a general sense that things are probably better than they were. Nothing is measured, so nothing can be proven, so nothing holds. Which is exactly why intelligent people quietly give up on it.
So I built the same objective process for how a business actually gets run. The same inputs measured every week, the same numbers moving or refusing to move, the same before and after. Data you can see, and a change you can feel and live inside.
This is the progress photo. For how you lead, for what it’s costing the business, for what it’s costing your life, and for how much runway you have left.
Execution is the business. And the life.
How the work gets done decides what the business makes, and what your life keeps.
Suspecting something is leaking without being able to point at it. Able to name 2 of the 6, with no figure against either. Carrying a diagnosis you made up yourself, and quietly wondering whether the problem is you.
With your own execution leakage score and your own Capacity Read, computed from your answers. All 6 named, in order, and the one to touch first. And a lens you can’t un-see your own business through.
You arrive with a hunch. You leave with a diagnosis.
Computed on the night, from your answers.
Not a worked example on somebody else’s business. Your execution leakage score and your Capacity Score, in the room, in real time.
That’s the part the replay can’t give you.
This one’s measurable from start to finish, and here’s why that matters more than it sounds.
When we disagree about whether this worked, we don’t argue about it. We look at the scores.
I haven’t found another consultancy that can hand you a dispute mechanism that clean, because I haven’t found one that measures anything.
Leaders come out of this different, and it shows up in four places at once.
In themselves. In their life at home. In the momentum of the business, which starts moving again. And in how they look at the next five years, which is the one nobody expects and the one they talk about most.
Measured weekly on a real founder, in his own words.
Jeremiah · private equity · roughly 100 employees across the United States
I built and ran a global fitness and identity coaching business. Years of measuring human performance for a living, in a field where you can’t argue with the result, because it’s standing on the platform in front of you.
And I hit my own ceiling doing all 6 of those leaks at once. It wasn’t dramatic. I didn’t collapse. I just stopped being interested in pushing it, took my eye off the ball, and the business stopped where it stopped.
That’s what a ceiling actually looks like from the inside. Nobody tells you it’s happening.
So I built the instrument I needed and didn’t have. It runs on me daily, and on operators inside real businesses every week. Everything you’ll see on the night comes out of that, not out of a book.
All 3 bills, and every one of them is being charged right now.
It doesn’t stop while you think about it. It didn’t stop last year while you decided to give it one more quarter, and it won’t stop between now and the 23rd.
That’s not a sales line. It’s the only honest thing anyone can say about a leak. A leak doesn’t wait to be measured. It just keeps running, and the only variable is how long before somebody looks.
$97 and 2 hours, against 3 bills you’ve been paying for years without ever seeing a figure.
So have I, and that’s exactly why the reads are live.
You don’t leave with notes and good intentions. You leave with two numbers computed from your own answers, which is a thing you didn’t have two hours earlier.
If you get nothing else on the night, you still have those.
Knowing isn’t measuring, and that gap is the entire reason nothing has changed.
You can name 2 of the 6. You’ve been able to name them for years, and naming them has moved nothing, because behaviour doesn’t change on a hunch. It changes when there’s a figure against it, when you can watch that figure move, and when you know which one to touch first.
That’s not more information. It’s a different lens. And once you’ve looked at your own business through it, you can’t go back to running it the way you did on Monday. That is the point, and it is the thing you can’t afford to keep not seeing.
That’s the finding, not the objection. If you can’t find 2 hours in a fortnight, you’ve already told me which of the 6 leakage areas is yours.
2 hours, live. I name the 6 leakage areas and what each one costs you, in dollars and in evenings. You score yourself in the room and leave with your own execution leakage number and your own Capacity Read. Then a full worked example start to finish, the method in order, and unrestricted Q and A. You arrive with a hunch about your business and you leave with a diagnosis and a lens you didn’t have when you sat down.
There’s an offer at the end and I’ll say so plainly when I get there. Everything before it stands on its own whether you ever speak to me again or not.
Buy the seat anyway. The replay is yours with no expiry, and everything I teach on the night is in it: the 6 leakage areas, the worked example, the method in order. You can score yourself against all of it on your own time. Live is better, because the 2 reads get computed for you in the room rather than by you afterwards. But you are not buying a ticket to a night. You are buying the material and the lens, and those keep.
Two reasons, and the second is the honest one. Free training is what your feed’s already full of and you’ve stopped opening it, so $97 filters out everybody who isn’t serious and nobody who is. And then the value: you’re paying $97 to be shown, on your own numbers, what your current way of operating costs you every month. That figure is usually five or six figures a year. Nobody who has had that number put in front of them describes it afterwards as a $97 experience.
No. Turn up somewhere you can think for 2 hours, and answer 12 questions honestly when they come.
This one’s for the founder. The instrument runs across a leadership team and that’s a different conversation, which some people have after the night.
Execution is the business. And the life.
They’re not a trade-off. They’re the same leak, billed to three different accounts.
The replay is yours.
No expiry. No 48-hour window.
The two reads aren't. Those only happen on the night.
